For a quotation…

Please email (or fax) us the following information:

1. Product/style name or code.
2. Quantity, sizes and colour (if applicable).
3. Artwork/logo. Vector art (usually an .eps or .ai file) is the preferred format and is essential for screenprinting. Please ensure that all elements of the design have been converted to outlines or curves prior to sending. For embroidery, other file formats such as .jpg, .pdf, .tif are acceptable. If you do not have a suitable digital file, let us know - we are here to help!

We will endeavour to provide you with a quotation as soon as possible.

Need samples?

We understand that seeing a photograph of an item is sometimes insufficient. So while we are happy to accommodate your sample requirements where possible, we also wish to emphasise that we are only able to stock a limited sample range. We can't always provide you with a specific garment size or colour, for example. And because we can't send out the full size range, we provide you with sizing charts to compensate. Samples which are available, however, are sent to you with an invoice. We appreciate your co-operation in returning the samples within 7 days of receiving them. Once the samples are returned, we will cancel the invoice.

Please note: Due to the number of sample requests we receive, we can only send out a maximum of three samples per customer.

Please provide us with your contact details and delivery address and we will send you an order confirmation and payment advice slip. We generally require upfront payment unless other arrangements have been made (our work is of a customised nature and we therefore require upfront payment as security). We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, cheque and direct deposit. Information regarding turnaround time and stock availability can be obtained from our friendly sales staff. Please note, we have a no return or exchange policy unless merchandise is faulty.
